I went to pick out some makeup and the salesgirl was like, “you’ve been engaged THREE MONTHS?!?!”
I wanted to say, “honey, I have friends who were engaged for three weeks.”
And then you get in my boat where I’ve been engaged for over 3 years, and everything else just seems ridiculously short.
